We are excited to bring you the very first construction update for your new home in The Reflections Release at The Waterfront, Shell Cove.

Construction Certificate documentation for your home has now commenced and will continue in the lead up to Christmas. We anticipate lodging a Construction Certificate application for approval in early 2023.Once we finalise construction documentation and this consent has been assessed and approved, we will be able to commence construction of your new home. At this stage, we anticipate construction to commence in March/ April 2023.
