Shell Cove Construction Update - Ancora Apartments

The Ancora project continues to progress with building structures to all three buildings moving skyward with 100 combined formworkers, reinforcement fixers, post-tensioning installers and concreters on site most days working away. Concrete pours to Building B - Levels 1 & 2 and Building C - Level 1 are now complete, and over the coming weeks we will see concrete pours continue to Building A - Level 1, Building B - Roof and Building C - Level 2.

Ancora's pool shell has also taken shape this month with the pool fit-out now commencing upon completion of Building A - Ground floor concrete slab. Basement services and installation of initial window systems are scheduled to commence in the coming weeks. 

Settlement Timing Forecast

At this stage, forecasted completion and settlement for Ancora Apartments is late Quarter 3, 2023.
