Ancora Basement Works - September 2022

We are excited to bring you the latest construction update for your new Ancora apartment at The Waterfront, Shell Cove.

The team onsite have made great progress this month as Parkview work their way towards completion of the Basement & Ground Floor structure. The basement slab on ground including waterproofing is complete along with over 50% of the basement walls, with the remaining walls to be completed in the coming weeks. Works for the basement entry ramp were also completed this month. The Ground Floor concrete structure under Building C is scheduled for concrete pouring in the next couple of weeks with Buildings A & B to follow thereafter. Parkview will then continue onto the first suspended concrete slab for Building C which is scheduled to commence next month.

While basement works continue to advance, the team are anticipating release of the last Construction Certificate in the coming weeks to enable the commencement of services and fitout works.

At this stage, forecasted completion and settlement for Ancora Apartments is Quarter 3, 2023.
