We are excited to bring you the very first construction update for your new home in The Reflections Release at The Waterfront, Shell Cove. Each month you will receive an update each on how construction is progressing up until completion. These updates will be sent as an email and will be also visible in your myProsperity Portal.

All civil subdivision works have been completed in readiness for construction of these homes. Over the coming weeks, we will begin construction certificate documentation for your home which will continue through to early 2023. The construction certificate application will then be submitted to the Certifier for approval. Once this consent has been assessed and issued and construction documentation is finalised, we will then be able to commence construction of your new home.

At this stage, we anticipate construction to commence in February / March 2023.

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.

The Waterfront Food & Wine Festival was a huge success!
A wonderful weekend was had with the thousands who turned out to enjoy The Waterfront Food & Wine Festival on the weekend. A festival of feasting, fun and fireworks and a celebration of the unique style and flavour that the NSW South Coast has to offer. The event showcased over 30 food, wine, spirits and beer vendors as well as family-friendly entertainment and rides.
