Midtown Construction Update - MAC Residences

We are very pleased to bring you the October construction update for MAC Residences at Midtown MacPark.

MAC Residences

The building has been teeming with activity across many fronts.

• The painters have now reached the top of the tower in the level 23 penthouses.
• Waterproofing and tiling works are up to level 22.
• The final quality assurance program has commenced in apartments all the way up to level 15.
• There has been a lot of progress in the common areas of the building, with corridor wall sheeting up to level 17, and ceiling frames installed up to level 22.
• Floor preparation works are underway, and carpet will be installed in the coming days. We were particularly excited to see works to the main lobby progressing including the glazing.

Settlement Forecast

As per our recent communication, we now currently anticipate settlements of MAC Residences to commence in second half of January 2024. As we draw closer to settlement, we will bring you a more precise timing for your apartment. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays as well as receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.

As soon as we have the timing allocated for valuation and pre-settlement inspections, we will contact you with instructions. Not long now!
