Midtown Construction Update - MAC Residences

We are very pleased to bring you the August construction update for MAC Residences at Midtown MacPark.

MAC Residences

Another busy and productive month at MAC Residences. Starting from the top of the building, the concrete planters on the roof have been poured and waterproofed and we look forward to seeing these planted. Just below in the two storey penthouses, the internal stairs have been poured. The window installation has now reached level 22 while painting works are up to level 17 and kitchens have been installed up to level 15. On levels 14 and 15 waterproofing works are underway and carpet installation is up to level 10.

We currently anticipate settlements of MAC Residences to commence in November 2023. As we draw closer to settlement, we will bring you a more precise timing for your apartment. These forecasts are subject to construction progress, weather delays as well as receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.

Elsewhere onsite, further works continue to Shrimptons Creek bridge with the installation of barriers, cleaning and coating.
