Midtown Construction Update - MAC Residences

We are delighted to bring you the July construction update for MAC Residences at Midtown MacPark.

MAC Residences

The site has been as busy as ever. We were particularly excited to see the concrete pour for the level 24 roof recently which marked the 'topping-out' of the tower!

The various trades are working their way up through the building. The carpet installation has now reached up to level 8 and 9 while tiling to floors, bathrooms and balconies is progressing on floor levels 8, 9, 10 and 11. Kitchen joinery is ongoing on levels 8 and 9. Waterproofing and painting works are up to level 14 and the internal wall sheeting is progressing on level 18 with ceiling sheeting to level 17. Glazing installation, wall set-out and external framing is up to levels 20 and 21.

The apartments on the lower levels are complete and look stunning. They are going through several stages of our quality assurance processes and preparations for the pre-settlement inspections that will take place later in the year.

We currently anticipate settlements of MAC Residences to commence in November 2023. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.

Midtown Site

Elsewhere onsite, construction of Soul Residences continues apace. The landscaping for the civil works will be completed this month and there are further works to the Shrimptons Creek bridge in progress.
