Ed.Square Construction Update - Brooklyn Row - Block 1 (BE Homes)

We are pleased to bring you an update on your home in Brooklyn Row Block 1.

We're excited to see construction works continue to progress on these homes. Block 1 townhomes completed their second coat of paint which means the Quality Assurance Team have now commenced their internal inspections. Podium level tiling has been completed with the podium level fencing now in progress.

Externally we have seen the concrete to paths and driveway laid and paving works have now commenced to front yards on Carnegie Street. The team are also progressing on fencing works to homes on Atwood Mews and the landscaping preparation for the community park.

Recently, the strata plan was lodged for registration. Based on the current processing times for this document, we are continuing to push for settlements to occur in December 2023. In the coming fortnight we will be able to provide more information about the progress of the registration process. Should this process take longer than their current anticipation, this would result in settlement being postponed to January.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
