Ed.Square Construction Update - Brooklyn Row - Block 1 (BE Homes)

We are pleased to bring you an update on your home in Brooklyn Row Block 1.

Works have been progressing at a good pace onsite.

Lot 13046-13058: The installation of façade cladding is well underway, internal linings have commenced on the top floor and they will continue down the levels in the coming weeks. Brickwork to ground floor is also well advanced.

Lot 13059-13072: Roof installation is complete along with the installation of the solar hot water systems. Façade wrapping and battening is underway, and this has seen internal service rough ins continue. Brickwork install is well underway.

Based on the current construction program, inspections and settlements forecast to occur in Quarter 3 2023.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
