Ed.Square Construction Update - Brooklyn Row - Block 1 (BE Homes)

We are pleased to bring you an update on your home in Brooklyn Row Block 1.

We have seen wonderful progress on-site since our last update.

Block 1 Internal

Lots 13046-13058: The installation of façade cladding is complete and applied finishes to the façade is nearing completion for quality assurance inspection. The scaffold will be dismantled in the coming weeks. Brickwork is well advanced. Internally the first coat of paint and stair installation is complete. Main floor tiling and kitchen installation will commence in the coming weeks.

Block 1 Brickwork

Lots 13059-13072: The installation of façade cladding is almost complete, this will see applied finishes commence in the coming week. Internally, the installation of stair lining is complete and will allow stair installation to commence in the coming days. Externally, brickwork is well advanced.

Block 1 Aerial

Based on the current construction program, inspections and settlements forecast to occur in Late Quarter 3 2023.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
