Ed.Square Construction Update - Brooklyn Row - Block 1 (BE Homes)

We are pleased to bring you an update on your home in Brooklyn Row Block 1.

Works have been progressing at a good pace onsite.

Lots 13046-13058: The installation of façade cladding is nearing completion, and the external finishes will commence in the coming days. Internal linings are now complete with stair installation scheduled to commence this week. Brickwork is also well advanced.

Lots 13059-13072: Solar roof panels have been installed and façade installation is underway. This has seen internal linings commence on the top floor as the team work their way down through the levels.

Based on the current construction program, inspections and settlements forecast to occur in Quarter 3 2023.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
