Ed.Square Construction Update - Brooklyn Row - Block 1 (BE Homes)

We are pleased to bring you an update on your home in Brooklyn Row Block 1.

We have seen wonderful progress on-site since our last update.

Block 1 scaffold coming down

Lots 13046-13058: Scaffold dismantle is well advanced and we will see it completed very soon. Internally, the first coat of paint and stair installations are complete, with main floor tiling and kitchen installation well advanced. Brickwork is progressing well, with the rear planter wall installation now underway.

Block 1 courtyards

Lots 13059-13072: The installation of the façade applied finishes is nearing completion, this will see quality assurance commence in preparation for scaffold dismantle in the coming weeks. Internally, the first coat of paint and stair installation is now complete. Main floor tiling and joinery installation will now commence.

Based on the current construction program, inspections and settlements forecast to occur in Late Quarter 3 2023.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
