Ed.Square Construction Update - Brooklyn Row - Block 1 (BE Homes)

We are pleased to bring you the next update on the progress of your new home in Brooklyn Row at Ed.Square.

Block 1 Townhomes
Lots 13046-13072: Framing has started on the east wing with full completion anticipated for 3 weeks time with framing on the west wing to commence in 2 weeks. The electrical subcontractors are working on the mains cable to the east and west wings whilst the service trades are installing infrastructure to the ground floor and level 1. 

Block 2 Townhomes
Lots 13022-13045: Framing to the west wing is now complete with roof installations commencing next week. Window installation has started to the east wing along with the installation of the hot water systems. East wing external cladding installation will commence in 2 weeks. Service trades are currently installing infrastructure to both the east and west wings. 

Block 1 & 2: Based on the current construction program, inspections and settlements are forecast to commence in mid-2023.

Terrace E and F
Construction of the terrace homes and urban lofts are anticipated to commence in December 2022, with completion anticipated for early 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
