Ed.Square Construction Update - Brooklyn Row - Block 1 (BE Homes)

Welcome to the final 2022 construction update for your new Brooklyn Row home, here at Ed.Square.

Ed.Square has strongly established itself as a place of excellence to live, play and put down roots, with a series of major milestones achieved with a range of events taking place.

The video below wraps up 2022 for Ed. and the community that has blossomed over the year.

Block 1 Townhomes
Lots 13046-13072: The structure of the eastern wing is now complete and roof sheets installed. Services rough in has commenced. In the western wing, the first floor frames are complete and flooring cassettes are nearing completion. This has seen level 2 frame installation commence. The team are working hard to complete the structure prior to the Christmas break.

Block 2 Townhomes
Lots 13022-13045: Facade cladding installation to the rear elevations are well advanced to the eastern wing. Internal linings have also commenced. On the western wing facade cladding installation has also commenced with the team undertaking preparation works for the internal linings to commence after the Christmas break.

Block 1 & 2: Based on the current construction program, inspections and settlements are forecast to commence in mid-2023.
The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.

Our Prosperity Care Team will be taking a break from Thursday 22 December, returning on Monday 9 January 2023.
