Ed.Square Construction Update - Brooklyn Row - Block 1 (BE Homes)

The first half of 2022 has been an exciting time for Ed, watch our latest project update video above, to find out what's new and coming over the next few months. In addition to the great progress at Ed.Square we are pleased to update you on the progress of your new Brooklyn Row home below.

Block 1 Townhomes

Lots 13046-13072: The concrete structure is now complete with scaffolding install continuing. Removal of the formwork to the carpark has commenced and roughing in of services and framing to level 1 is scheduled to start in the coming weeks.

Block 2 Townhomes

Lots 13022-13045: Formwork has been removed from the ground floor and roughing in of services is progressing. On level 1 frame install is underway and our first flooring system installation will commence in the coming week.

Block 1 & 2: Based on the current construction program, inspections and settlements are forecast to commence in mid-2023.

Terrace E and F

Construction of these terrace homes and urban lofts is anticipated to commence in December 2022, with completion anticipated for early 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
