Titles Expected: May 2025
Summary: Works at The Peninsula (Stage 9) are nearing completion at The Peninsula. Retaining wall balustrades and final painting are expected to be finalised by the end of April. The first layer of asphalt has also been laid for the future roads, and the first of the kerbing has been installed. The civil contractors have also commenced the first stage of the timber boardwalk extension that runs north to south along Chieftain Esplanade and will connect to the future Waterfront Park. These works are anticipated for completion in June.
- Works to construct the roadways within the stage have begun.
- Construction has begun on the marina timber boardwalk extension with completion due in June.
- Practical Completion is on track for the end of April.
