Summary: Works for The Peninsula (Stage 9) are progressing on program. The Waterfront Park design is well progressed with final design approvals underway and works due to commence in March/April 2025.
- Drainage works have commenced as have common services.
- Retaining walls are well advanced.
- Practical Completion is on track for mid April to early May 2025.
