Construction Update
The Peninsula (Stage 9)
We’re pleased to share that construction on The Peninsula at Port Coogee is progressing well. Our civil contractor, Densford Civil, has made significant strides, with the retaining walls now nearing completion—approximately 90% of this crucial work is finished. These walls are an integral part of shaping the landscape and ensuring stability for the development.
With this milestone nearly reached, the project is moving into the next major phase: roadworks. This marks an exciting transition, as the foundations for internal roads, footpaths, and essential services take shape. These works will pave the way (quite literally) for the transformation of the precinct into a connected and accessible coastal community.
We remain on track for practical completion, with finalisation expected between April and May 2025. As progress continues, we will keep you informed of key developments along the way.
Thank you for your ongoing support, and we look forward to welcoming you to your new community at The Peninsula.
