Construction Update

The Peninsula (Stage 9)

We are excited to share that construction on The Peninsula (Stage 9) continues to progress on schedule, marking a key milestone in the evolution of this vibrant waterside community.

Civil Works Progress:
Significant progress has been made with civil works, including the ongoing construction of retaining walls and the installation of drainage systems and common services. These critical components are on track, paving the way for a seamless delivery of the stage.
Key Milestones Ahead:
Practical Completion and Certificates of Titles for Stage 9 are both on schedule for May 2025. This ensures future residents will be able to move forward with their plans for building homes in this sought-after location.
Waterfront Park and Connectivity:
Complementing Stage 9, works on the Waterfront Park will commence in the first quarter of 2025. Designed to enhance community connectivity and lifestyle, the park will feature thoughtfully landscaped spaces and amenities. Both the Waterfront Park and the southern-end park of the peninsula are scheduled for completion by the end of 2025, further enriching the area’s appeal.
Boardwalk Connection:
A new boardwalk linking the Waterfront Park to the existing marina boardwalk is also in the works. Set for completion around May 2025, this addition will provide an accessible, scenic pathway connecting key community spaces and enhancing waterfront access for residents and visitors alike.

Community News

It was another successful Christmas Festival this year. The clear but windy night did not detract from the community spirit and the enjoyment had by all. Santa and his helpers were as popular as ever and great to see families enjoying the live band the Godlemans who put on a wonderful mix of well known Christmas Carols and some favourites to sing along to.
