Construction Update
The Peninsula (Stage 9)
We are excited to share that construction on The Peninsula (Stage 9) continues to progress on schedule, marking a key milestone in the evolution of this vibrant waterside community.
This final release of land for Port Coogee is really starting to take shape across the horizon, with retaining walls well advanced. This includes the installation of glass balustrade to the lot frontages. Rendering and final painting will follow. Asphalt for the roads has commenced along with the laying of concrete kerbing.
Stay tuned as we continue transforming The Peninsula into a thriving and connected neighbourhood, delivering on our vision of creating stronger, smarter, and happier communities.
