Certificates of Title available
Summary: This stage is now complete with settlements underway. We welcome our new residents to the community. Three strand wire fencing will also be installed to assist in protecting your lot until you commence your build.
- Onyx Lane subdivision reached practical completion in early August 2024.
- All works are now finalised.
- 3-wire temporary fencing to the periphery of your lot is also being installed.
