Baldivis Parks Construction Update - Stage 10A

Below is a summary of works that are currently underway throughout the estate.

Stage 9A and 9B

Our construction team have swung straight into civil works which will see 55 new homesites created on the northern side of the project just up the road from our central park.

A major earthworks package has been completed together with installation of all underground services. Roadworks commenced in early August and Practical Completion is forecast to be achieved in September together with the issuing of Certificates of Title.

Stage 6 Park 

Landscaping works to the Stage 6 park commenced in April and is on track for the park to be ready for use by September. All hardscaping and structural construction has been completed and tree planting and soil preparation for turf is currently underway. Following this, will be installation of playground equipment and street furniture.

The 1.3 hectare park will include a large grassed kickabout area, BBQ facilities with sheltered picnic area, public art. Included is a large nature play playground, with a sandpit, timber fort, lots of climbing equipment and lots of other fun play equipment.

The playground will also have shade for the little ones and a low fence to help mum and dad keep control of their little runners.

Stage 10 

Construction works to Stage 10 of the project is scheduled to commence in October. This stage is located on the eastern side of the project and involves the creation of another 35 homesites. We’ll update our community in the leadup to this future stage of works.

Future Town Centre

Earlier this year, Frasers Property brought to market a 5,500m2 site on Daintree Street at the entry of the project, planned for development as future local centre. Whilst final uses are subject to the approval of a development application, the site has been planned to include a supermarket, child care centre and café.

We received a huge amount of interest in the site with Oreana Property Group chosen as the successful bidder. Frasers Property will remain closely involved in the planning, design and development of this exciting feature.

Fencing and Landscaping Forms 

To our new residents, just a reminder that if your home is approximately 10 weeks from completion, don’t forget to complete the fencing and landscaping forms and return to me so that installation can be arranged prior to your move in.
