Stage 17

We’re pleased to update you on the progress of Stage 17 at Baldivis Parks, where works are steadily advancing to bring this next phase of the community to life.

The journey began in October 2024 with the successful completion of a substantial earthworks package, providing a strong and stable foundation for the exciting development to follow. In December 2024, the focus shifted to civil works, which officially marked the next stage of progress.

These civil works are critical to preparing Stage 17 for future residential use and involve the installation of essential infrastructure, including sewer systems, drainage networks, and the creation of roadways. Looking ahead, Practical Completion is anticipated for July 2025.

We’ll continue to keep you updated on the progress as the works advance, and we’re excited to see this stage take shape. If you have any questions or need additional information, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Stage 15 Parkland

The Stage 15 Park was completed just prior to Christmas. To celebrate, we are planning an official park opening on Sunday 16th February! Keep an eye out for an email with more information.

Festive Fun in the Park - Christmas Lantern Markets 2024

It was lovely to see the Baldivis Parks neighbours join in the Christmas Lantern Markets in December! With market stalls, live music, food trucks, kid's activities and a special visit from Santa a great night was had by all.

Baldivis Parks Stage 15 Park Celebration 

As we turn our attention to the coming year, we are excited to celebrate the opening of a brand-new Park in Baldivis Parks stage 15!

Date: Sunday 16 February 2025 | 10am to 1pm
Location: Cnr Paparone Road and Minjary Loop

We're inviting the local Baldivis Neighbours to come along and join in the fun. There will be a parkour demonstration from the Olympic fun & fitness team, come a learn how to use the ninja play equipment safely. Bring your favourite ball to play with others or your fastest scooter to zoom around the blue bike track! There will even be free ice-cream and coffee tickets for the first 250 people respectively (limit 1 per person)! Parking is limited, so where possible attendees are encouraged to walk/ride to this event.
