Stage 17

We’re pleased to update you on the progress of Stage 17 at Baldivis Parks, the bulk earthworks and sewer mainline diversion have been successfully completed, ensuring proper drainage for wastewater and stormwater. Given the large scale of this stage, this phase took some time however, these steps are essential for laying the groundwork and preparing the site for the next stages of development. Our contractors are on program for both Practical Completion and Titles to be issued in August 2025.

General Construction Update

Stage 15 Parkland

The Stage 15  Parkland – All works to the park are now complete. You may notice watering days are more regular than the standard times, but this is required to ensure the establishment of the soft landscaping.

Stage 15 Park Celebration

The Stage 15 Park celebration on February 16th was a great gathering of community! It was awesome to have the coaching team from Olympic Fun and Fitness help our residents understand how to engage with the Ninja playground equipment, lovely eco craft, beautiful acoustic music and (of course) the ice-cream and coffee! Thanks to everyone for coming along and braving the Summer heat, we can see this park will be a favourite for many years to come.

The Local Farmers Market at Peel Estate Winery 

Date: Sunday March 10
Time: 10am to 2pm
Location: 290 Fletcher Rd, Karnup

Once a month on a Sunday, Peel Winery hosts a local produce market featuring the finest gourmet foods and seasonal produce from the southwest region. The event showcases locally grown, designed, and crafted goods, with artisan stalls, vendors, and live music creating a vibrant atmosphere.

 

Bush Detectives in the Forest at Baldivis Children’s Forest.

Time: 9.30am to 11am

Join the team at Baldivis children’s forest in a Great Little Adventure suitable for children between 4 to 10 years old. Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult., More info here.

 

Baldivis Parks ‘Good Friday’ Easter Lantern Markets

Date: Friday 18 April 2025
Time: From 4.30pm - 8.30pm
Location: Daintree Road Park, Baldivis Parks

Come and enjoy some Easter fun. It will be a family friendly evening complete with:
