CONSTRUCTION

Stage 7

We are excited to announce that this stage has reached Practical Completion. For our Stage 7 purchasers, access is now available to your lot. Final pegging is still to be completed which is on track to be finalised by 21st December.

The next step is obtaining Certificates of Title which we anticipate being issued in January 2023. Once granted, this will trigger settlements.

Baldivis Grove Festive Picnic in the Park 2022.

Always a favourite event for our staff too, the Baldivis Grove neighbours enjoyed a relaxing festive picnic in the park with sensational weather, great tunes, and scrumptious ice creams. The kids enjoyed gingerbread decorating and a Christmassy photo booth whilst the very generous Baldivis Community Garden gang popped along to chat all things gardening. From all of the Baldivis Grove team, we wish you and your family a safe and happy holiday period.
