CONSTRUCTION

Stage 6

Our most recent land release, Stage 6A, launched in December 2022 and sales are underway!

Our civil contractors are returning from leave so mobilisation of civil works is due to commence towards the end of February. We will provide regular updates as to completion timeframes once works have commenced on site. 

Stage 7 

Stage 7 is now complete with Certificate of Titles issued in early January. We wish our purchasers all the best for settlement and welcome to the community. 

COMMUNITY

Baldivis Community Garden

"Plant a Seed, Grow a Community." This very active community garden located in Baldivis Grove is looking for some extra helpers! They try and divide the roles so the effort is shared. 

With the new year brings a changing of the guards - and this could be your opportunity to get involved!

- Secretary
- Marketing Coordinator
- 2 x Committee Members
