Baldivis Grove Construction Update - Stage 7B

There is a lot of activity to share with you, as detailed below.

Stage 4

Works to Stage 4 of the project is now complete and settlements have commenced. Finishing items, such as fencing, streetscapes and landscape interface works are currently being completed to tie the stage to the central park. We welcome our new residents of this stage to the community.

Stage 7

Stage 7 was released for sale in late May. Stage 7 is located adjacent to Stage 2 on the northern side of the project and includes a further 3 rural lifestyle lots along the northern boundary.

Civil works to the stage commenced in early July with site stripping and we've now completed 70% of site earthworks. Subject to weather conditions and approvals, works to the stage are expected to achieve practical completion towards December 2022 with Certificate of Titles to be received in January 2023. The issuing of the Certificate of Titles will trigger the commencement of settlements, but we will continue to update you with more specific time frames towards the end of the year.

Fencing and Landscaping Installation

Just a reminder, if your home is approximately 10 weeks from completion, please complete the fencing and landscaping forms as per link below and return to Frasers Property so that works can be programmed and installed prior to your move in.

Baldivis Community Garden

The members of the Baldivis Community Garden are always looking for volunteers to help out in the garden, located right next door to the Sales Centre, so pop in and say "Hi".
