Welcome to the latest Five Farms Construction Update.

We are excited to keep you informed about how the Project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you are up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

There has been a slight delay in the forecast settlement date for Stage 4 due to a civil engineering issue on the sewer, however, you will start to see activity in the Stage 4 Reserve over the coming weeks. The Five Farms team will continue to work towards a resolution, ensuring Statement of Compliance is achieved as soon as possible.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in June - July 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
