With construction works now complete, we are working with the respective Authorities to ensure they issue their consent to Statement of Compliance. Once all consents have been received, we will work with Council to finalise the remaining Planning Permit requirements, so that Statement of Compliance can be issued.
Your lot board was also installed, making it easy to access your lot for soil testing and valuation. While you're there, be sure to visit the Sales Office to pick up a Sold sticker for your lot board!
