Stage 1B : Pioneer Townhomes

We are pleased to provide you with an update on the ongoing construction of your new home.

Frames have now been installed for all homes, bringing us one step closer to completing the structural framework. The installation of Sisalation wall wrap is currently 50% complete. This will protect the homes from radiant heat, manage condensation & improve overall thermal performance.

For homes 112 to 116, the roofing and brickwork has been completed, while the remaining homes are currently in progress.
