Stage 1 : Pioneer Townhomes

Townhome builder, Figurehead Construction, has started inground services works, where electrical services, stormwater and water plumbing are being laid underground before concrete slabs can be poured.

The first slabs are scheduled to be poured this week. This is when the construction of your home really begins! The slab is the foundation of your home, providing it with structural integrity and insulating it from ground-based temperature and moisture changes.

To commemorate construction of the first homes commencing, an exciting project milestone, Frasers Property held a sod-turning ceremony on site in October with the wider project team.

We are very excited to be underway with building your new home!
