- Construction of the Francis St left turn slip lane in/out of the estate is well progressed, with curbs pavement & line marking now completed. The road will open following the activation of the signalised intersection at Roberts St and Francis St in November 2025.
- On 25th October, we hosted a live cooking demo event in partnership with SMEG, the appliance supplier for our townhomes, at Display Suite. It was a delicious day as well as a fantastic chance to explore how to make the most of their premium appliances in your future home.
