What’s happening onsite at Bradmill Yarraville?
- We are pleased to share that Council have issued a Planning Permit for the first stage of apartments which will consist of 149 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments located next to the future retail precinct.
- The roadworks on the Francis Street and Roberts Street intersection are due to complete by the middle of 2025.
- Construction of Bradmill Boulevard which will eventually connect Francis Street to Fogarty Avenue, is underway. The first stage of works is expected to complete in middle of 2025.
