Construction progress on the Pioneer Townhomes is advancing well. 90% of the concrete slabs for Stage 1B have been poured, marking significant progress. The ground floor frames of 6 homes have been erected, advancing the construction phase. In addition, essential termite treatments are currently underway to protect the homes.
