Construction Progress

We are excited to share some significant progress on site at Bradmill Yarraville. In collaboration with Winslow Group, we are nearing the completion of civil works, marking a crucial milestone in our journey. Sales are progressing well, with over 50% of the homes already sold, reflecting the strong demand and enthusiasm for this community. Furthermore, we have appointed an award-winning builder, Figurehead Construction, for both stages 1 and 2, ensuring that our vision will soon become a reality. Currently, we are in the final stages of preparation for the commencement of construction, bringing us one step closer to delivering exceptional homes to our future residents.

Settlement Update

We are pleased to advise that settlement of your new home remains on schedule to occur in Q4 2025. Our focus remains on quality and program as we work closely with our contractor to ensure we can settle your property as soon as possible. Should there be any change to this timing, our Customer Care team will be in contact with you.

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team.
