Stage 1A : Pioneer Townhomes

We are pleased to share the latest updates regarding the progress of your new home.

Scaffolding has now been removed from the homes on Francis Street, revealing the completed facades. This is an exciting milestone, and we’re thrilled to see the homes taking shape. In the coming weeks, the remaining homes in stage 1A will follow as we complete the cladding installation.

All windows have been installed, bringing us one step closer to finishing the exterior of the homes. Additionally, the electrical rough-in has been completed, ensuring that the homes are well on their way to becoming fully functional. We have also commenced the pre-plaster checks to ensure everything is in place for the next phase of construction.

Lastly, preparations are underway for the waterproofing of the wet areas.
