Stage 1A : Pioneer Townhomes

We’re pleased to update you on the progress of your home. All ground floor frames have been successfully erected, and termite treatment has been completed for all homes. Level 2 framing is now finished on 80% of the homes, while 50% of the roofing has been installed. Additionally, façade brickwork has commenced for homes 101-105 which really allows you to appreciate the character of the architecture.

We're continuing to make great strides and will keep you informed of further developments as construction progresses.
