Stage 1A : Pioneer Townhomes

Construction progress on the Pioneer Townhomes is advancing well. All slabs for Stage 1A have now been poured, marking a significant milestone in the development. The ground floor frames for 21 homes have been erected, setting the foundation for the next phase of construction. Additionally, the Level 2 framing has been completed on 21 homes too, moving us closer to finishing the structural framework for these homes. The team is working diligently to keep the project on schedule, and we're aiming to have some of the roofs installed before Christmas, ensuring we maintain momentum as we head into the holiday season.
