Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Berwick Waters Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction progress

We’ve now finished the drainage works as forecast. In January we plan to work on the first layer of rock for the road pavement and service conduits underneath the roads. We also hope to make a start on the gas and water service installation.

Settlement forecast

The settlement time-frame of your land has not changed and is anticipated for June to August 2023.

Please note that the anticipated time-frame for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to civil program, weather conditions and the external authority involvement.
