Welcome to the latest Berwick Waters Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

We obtained Statement of Compliance for Stage 6 on 10th July and have lodged the plan of subdivision at the Titles Office.

The settlement date will depend on how quickly the Titles Office register titles. This is out of our control. We expect settlements to be very late July to the first week of August 2023.

You can access your land for soil tests and valuations.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in Very late July to first week of August 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
