Construction progress

The civil team is now back on site after the holiday break. This month, we plan to commence the electrical and communications works, and continue works on the kerb & channel (gutters).

Settlement forecast

The settlement time-frame of your land has not changed and is anticipated for May to June 2023.

Please note that the anticipated time-frame for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to civil program, weather and the external authority involvement.
