Construction Progress

We are pleased to advise that kerb and channels (gutters), rock layer of road pavement and base course of asphalt are now completed. and Footpaths and driveways are now underway.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in May - June 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
