Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Berwick Waters Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

We’ve now completed the drainage work and base level of the roads. Over the coming month we plan to install our road crossings for services and start the rock layer of the roads.

Settlement forecast

Your settlement remains forecast to take place between April – June 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to weather and the external authority involvement.
