The water main and gas main construction along the intersection of Thompsons Road and Crosswater Boulevard has commenced.
Internal Sewer is now complete. Drainage is 95% complete.
Subgrade preparation of the roads are underway with conduits for services to follow.
Construction of the bridge earthworks in preparation for piling have commenced.
