Planned Settlement: February 2026 – April 2026
We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 13 have commenced.
- Stage 13 civil works have now commenced with the installation of the sewer main underway.
- Drainage pipes are on order and their installation, along with minor earthworks, will be the tasks undertaken following completion of the sewer.
