Welcome to the Rivers Reach construction update for August.

We have recently completed a detailed program review, and now have a revised time frame for completion of your home of Q2 2023. This shift has been driven by the significant additional rainfall we have experienced over the course of the year and what is forecast yet to come. Secondly, the construction industry has been impacted by unprecedented challenges around supply, materials and labour which has applied additional pressure to the program.  

McNab and Frasers Property will continue to focus on quality and program to ensure settlements occur as soon as possible, and will keep you well informed on any changes to this timeline.
