Hamilton Reach Construction Update - Rivers Reach

Construction continues to progress well at Rivers Reach, as the scaffolding  is dropped to reveal these stunning riverfront homes.

Our contractor McNab has made considerable progress to the external of the homes, with tile screeds now complete, final glass installation taking place, and the external facades now rendered and painted. Internally, painting is now complete, while tiling to wet areas is being installed. Excitingly, as construction evolves over the coming weeks, the pergolas, facade screens and balustrades will start to take shape, and sewer and water services will be connected. 

We continue to focus on quality and program, and we're working with our contractor to ensure completion of your home at the earliest possible time. As discussed with our team, and in light of the unfortunate event as McNab's joinery sub-contractor enters liquidation, we have reassessed your settlement timing, which is now scheduled to occur in Q3 2023.
