Hamilton Reach Construction Update - Rivers Reach

The Rivers Reach construction site has been a hive of activity over the past month. Construction fencing has been removed along the RiverWalk and landscaping is powering ahead. Whilst it is still a construction site, the true sense of riverside luxury across this waterfront precinct is starting to shine through.

Our contractor McNab is working on the final touches to the inside of each home. The natural stone has now been installed throughout, with the dramatic warm grey veining and soft tones adding a timeless and modern aesthetic to your kitchen splashback, island bench and master ensuite splashbacks. In addition, installation of the reconstituted stone benchtops, bathroom tiles and shower screens is now complete.

With the internals well advanced, McNab is shifting focus to the externals of each home. The stunning outdoor terrace spaces are coming together beautifully, with the pool installs complete, and tiling works and pergola frames well advanced. Over the next month, roofs will be added to pergolas and landscaping will enhance these river-fronting terraces.

Excitingly, the street appeal of Rivers Reach will be realised in the coming weeks, as McNab commence work on the front of each home, including intimate entryways and landscaped frontages.

In the lead up to settlement, you will be invited to attend your pre-settlement inspection with our Customer Care team. This is your opportunity to identify any issues to be rectified prior to settlement. Although customers sometimes choose to conduct this inspection themselves, we do recommend that you engage a third-party inspector to attend alongside you. Our Customer Care team will also reach out to you to arrange your property valuation prior to settlement.

Settlements are expected to take place in August 2023. Our focus, in partnership with McNab, remains on quality and program, as we continue to navigate industry wide trade and material shortages.
