Hamilton Reach Construction Update - Rivers Reach

Welcome to the Rivers Reach construction update for November.

We are thrilled to share with you the final construction update for 2022 as this year comes to a close. Onsite your home is progressing well, with rough-in of electrical cabling, pipework and mechanical services now complete, and tiling to the ensuites and bathrooms underway. Externally, the structural slab beneath your driveway is complete, as well as the entranceway blockwork. The pool finishes are progressing well with tile finishing finalised, and up above, the solar systems have beeninstalled on the roof.

Works remain on schedule for completion of your home in Q2 2023. We continue to work with our contractor McNab to focus on quality and program, ensuring settlements occur as soon as possible, and will keep you informed on any changes to this timeline.

You're Invited: Site Tour 

As you are aware, we have rescheduled the construction site tour to allow you to experience the façade of the homes, and the riverfront views from the terrace, once the scaffold has dropped. You can RSVP for the new tour date below. 

Join your future neighbours on a construction site tour of Residence 11, followed by drinks, nibbles and a presentation from an Interior Stylist.

Construction on site will shut down over the holiday break and we will see full staffing levels return by mid-January.

Our office will also close from Friday, December 23 and we will re-open Monday, January 9. During that time, you will still be able to access your myProsperity portal. For any urgent matters, our Customer Care team will be contactable on 13 86 88.
