Hamilton Reach Construction Update - Rivers Reach

The Rivers Reach site has been a hive of activity over the past month.

Excitingly, our contractor McNab has now completed timber screening and stair installation across all homes. Feature timber ceilings are underway to level one of the homes, in addition to timber flooring, carpet, natural stone and Caesarstone works. Service trades are also progressing well, with fit off items such as lighting, toilets, showers and taps being installed.

We are pleased to advise that McNab has secured an agreement with a new joinery company and the remaining joinery is now underway.

Along Parkside Circuit, the final aluminium screens have been installed to the façade of each home. The sewer main works are well underway and once complete, McNab will resurface the road and begin the exposed aggregate driveways.

The stunning riverside terraces are also taking shape, with tiling progressing in sequence across the homes. Over the next couple of months, the balustrade and frameless glass pool fencing will be installed to take full advantage of the uninterrupted river views. Our contractor will then progress to install private terrace gates, allowing direct access to the Riverwalk.

Works onsite are progressing well, with completion of your home anticipated for Q3, 2023. We continue to work with our contractor McNab to focus on quality and program, ensuring settlements occur as soon as possible, and will keep you informed on any changes to this timeline.
