Hamilton Reach Construction Update - Rivers Reach

Welcome to the Rivers Reach construction update for October.

In this month's video update, our Residential Construction Manager, Peter Read discusses some of the materials used in your future home. 

Construction onsite is progressing well. The internal framing is now complete and the electrical conduits, mechanical ducting and plumbing pipework are being installed. The walls are starting to take shape, with sheeting, setting and painting works occurring progressively in each home. Glazing works are underway, and window frames and glass installation has begun. Pool tiling is now 50% complete and works on the pathways that connect each home to the RiverWalk will begin shortly.

Works remain on schedule for completion of your home in Q2 2023. McNab and Frasers Property continue to focus on quality and program to ensure settlements occur as soon as possible, and will keep you well informed on any changes to this timeline.
