Brookhaven Construction Update - The Grove Release One

As you are aware, settlement for these lots has been delayed due to additional works required. We are working hard to deliver these lots as soon as possible and creating even better homesites than originally planned. The amended earthworks are progressing well, with fencing and landscaping to commence shortly.

The surrounding precinct has been beautifully transformed with the completion of roadworks and the final touches on landscaping. In another exciting milestone, earthworks have also begun for the nearby parkland and dog park, bringing even more vibrancy to the community.

We will keep you regularly updated on progress of the construction and settlement of your lot, and look forward to welcoming you to the Brookhaven community soon.

We are thrilled to advise that we have received title registration for your land and have now called for settlement.

Your solicitor has been notified, and will prepare for settlement on your behalf, with the settlement date being Friday, 9 August 2024. Please speak with your solicitor if you would like to request an early settlement.

If you haven’t already, now is the time to schedule your valuation appointment and speak to your financier and builder to ensure your settlement and build can commence as soon as possible.

Construction Progress: Final Works

We are excited to share the excellent progress our contractor, SEE Civil, has made over the past month as our streetscapes take shape.

All civil works within The Grove Release One are nearly complete. The team is adding the finishing touches, including line marking and street printing over the coming weeks. Our landscape team is working at full speed, laying turf across verges and shared spaces. Fencing, garden beds, and street trees will be installed over the next two weeks, just in time to welcome our first residents into The Grove.
